Shipping policy

 

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We offer free shipping in the contiguous United States on orders over $59.00.

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $10 within Virginia zip codes contiguous to Boykins, VA. If local delivery is available for your zip code, you will see it as an option at checkout.

Deliveries are made from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM on Tuesdays and Fridays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@southamptoncandle.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Please keep in mind that UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. According to UPS policies, “[p]ackages shipped via UPS and addressed to a P.O. Box may be delayed, will not be covered by any UPS Service Guarantee, and will require an address correction charge.”

If you require shipment of your order to a P.O. Box, please select USPS Shipping options at checkout.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives incorrect or damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@southamptoncandle.com with your order number and a photo of the item/order’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
